Be Stronger

Are you getting sick most of the time and prone to infections and generally feeling ill? A poor immune system leaves us open to easily catch colds, flu and gastric problems, to name but a few. This package is designed to strengthen the immune system which protects us against infections, viruses and bacteria.


70-80% of immune cells are found in the gut and are dependent on healthy gut bacteria (Wiertsema et al., 2021)*. Moreover, 95% serotonin hormone (happiness hormone) production takes places in the gut (Terry & Margolis, 2016)**.


I will guide you in this programme to restore your healthy gut function and rebuild your immune system through healthy diet and lifestyle changes. After gut healing, you will experience better protection against future sickness and illness, moreover you will reach your happiest mood and concentration. In this programme, you will not only improve your immunity but reduce symptoms such as IBS, bloating, food intolerance, allergies and food sensitivities, bowel movement and any skin issues. Also, recognisable changes in cognitive function.

I use the functional medicine 5R approach during the progress of the programme. Each month we will concentrate further on aspects of the 5R. Therefore, some months require more research and consultation time than others. The 5Rs are as follows:

  • Remove Nutrient depleted food, processed foods, poor quality fats and oils, parasites, molds, chemicals, Infections, and foods that don’t agree with us.
  • Replace Processed foods with whole foods, high quality nutrients, if needed digestive enzymes, hydrochloric acid (HCL) and bile salts, to support digestive function.
  • Reinoculate Beneficial probiotics and prebiotics from food and supplements.
  • Repair Using right foods and supplements repairing the gut.

What This Package Will Cover

In order to understand the balance between good and bad gut bacteria colony a functional laboratory test will be required at the initial consultation. (The cost of the lab test is not included in the package price.)

  • First month we will concentrate on which foods might be contributing to your symptoms, allergies, and inflammation and eliminate them from your diet; first month is your adaptation month.
  • Initial consultation via zoom (it can take to up to 75 minutes)
  • 7 follow up sessions at 30 mins after the initial consultation (two times per week)


  • Second month we will concentrate on introducing foods and observing your bodies response to them.
  • In the first week of the second month 1 hour consultation lab test result explanation.
  • 11 Follow up consultations at 30 mins each spread over the four weeks (three times per week)


Final month is focused on encouraging more independence and controlling your own healthy wellbeing habits and general lifestyle.

How it works

As all consultations are via zoom you can access me no matter where you are

Once you have decided to go ahead and committed to nutritional therapy you will be sent an in-depth health questionnaire and a 5-day food diary.


This needs to be filled in and returned 3 days before the initial consultation. This gives me enough research time to understand the possible root causes of your symptoms and prepare for the first consultation.

Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is our long appointment and will take approximately 75-90 minutes. This will give us enough time to further understand your health issues and implement changes to your lifestyle, dietary habits, sleep routines and activity levels.

We are all biochemically unique therefore to help in achieving your goals, we may discuss any functional test related to your body imbalances and symptoms.
Follow up Consultation
Whichever package you choose the first follow up appointment date will be decided at the end of the initial consultation; this follow-up consultation will last about 30-45 minutes. During this time, we will review your goals, test results (if applicable) and if your health optimisation plan needs to be tailored more specifically to your needs.
Food is medicine and food comes first in my approach however, if any supplementation is needed, I will recommend it.
There are two forms of testing that we can use. One is NHS testing which is basic and limited to a specific area of health. However, functional laboratories testing is more comprehensive and considers the whole health profile. These are long established laboratories which are based in the UK or USA, and use cutting edge testing to determine, digestive nutritional deficiencies, gut pathogens, mitochondrial cell damages, your body’s oxidative stress, toxicity level, hormonal and neurotransmitter imbalances or epigenetic factors.

The functional laboratory tests that I can order are a combination of stool, urine, saliva and sometimes blood. Labs which utilize the first three, test samples can be easily done at home and simply need to be dropped off at UPS or Royal Mail. For labs that require a blood sample there is a centre in Central London which can be attended. For those living outside London other centres are available and I can provide a location on request; all centres make a charge for this service, and it varies from centre to centre.
