Retreat with me

Getting away from it all is often a good thing for our overall health and wellbeing, literally, retreating from everyday life. Retreats have been a common feature of health programmes for decades and are good for encouraging individuals to keep on their wellbeing journey.

With this knowledge in mind, I have arranged retreats abroad in relaxing and natural environments where you can connect with yourself and nature. Food and diet seminars will be a feature of these retreats and personal contact with a nutritional therapist will be possible. Yoga facilities will be available plus other alternative therapies and outdoor activities.

 

Should you choose, you will be able to explore the natural countryside and your inner self on your own or share with others in the group; it can be beneficial to share your experiences with others and for them to share theirs with you. Above all it’s an opportunity to meet others on their individual journey to health and wellbeing. Food will be available that meets the needs of the various diets individuals will be following.

 

This retreat is about you and an opportunity for self-discovery and a rebalancing on your journey.
